Erika was born, raised and educated in the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and holds two technical degrees from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Her training in engineering and physics makes her a creative problem solver and collaborative negotiator.

Erika is an honored recipient of Worcester Business Journal's 40 under Forty award (class of 2015) and a consistent recipient of the Realtor® Association's Top Producer award. Erika served as the 2020 President of the Realtor® Association of Central MA as well as Director and Government Affairs Committee Chair for the Massachusetts Association of Realtors®.
